the dining room flowers |
I had a birthday this week. My two daughters sent me flowers. No, I won't admit here how old I am, but suffice it to say that they ordered four bouquets to equal the number of years! I have the flowers in vases in the dining room, living room, and kitchen!
the ones in the living room here and below |
On the kitchen counter: the small vase was a gift from Thelma, my beloved next door neighbor. The little pot of miniature roses, from oldest daughter, this a Mother's Day gift. |
Here's a portrait of our three children, taken in 1999, before both daughters had married. I love this picture because you can see both girls' engagement rings when you look closely! |
I LOVE the photo of the children and of course I love love the __ roses!!! How nice to have a mix of colors. You should have held them all in you hands and arms in front of Photo Booth for a heck of a remembrance. Do that now!!!
ReplyDeleteYour blog is the perfect venue for showing us your children's thoughtfulness ( I love the picture of the three ) plus share the wonderful roses with us. I'm amazed that they could order such beautiful roses from afar.
ReplyDeleteMom, So glad you took a photo of the roses! Love you, k
ReplyDeleteA wonderful blog. I loved all the roses, but my favorite was the lilies. So delicate. The picture of your children is so perfect.
